If you had asked me recently, there would be no way I'd be considering putting this out there.

But Tea had other plans.

And she has plans for you too!

But first, let's rewind a little...

Put simply, Tea offers the medicine we need for these times.

She provides a soothing balm.

A loving friendship + connection.

And helps us connect to our heart.

Now - all of these are generic statements - the way that YOU connect with Tea will be very much individual to you.

Because no two people are the same.

And more appropriately - no two beings are the same.

Think of it like 3 friends hanging out: Person A might have a relationship with Person B, and then have a completely different friendship with Person C.

Not better or worse - just different!

You get the idea!

The reason for this course is because Tea wants me to connect you and her together.

Now, you may already have a connection with Tea - just by drinking cups casually throughout the day.

But she wants a deeper connection with you.

Because in drinking Tea, we change + the world around us changes too.

What do I mean by that?  Well read on, my love...

The easiest way to explain the life changing effects of Tea is to speak about my own experience with her.

And that began back in September 2020, when I attended a workshop and was served Tea for the first time in ceremony.

We tried different types - I thought it was cool but didn't know what else to expect from it - and a seed was silently planted.

The following year I then signed up to Start Your Own Tea Practice: a 3 week journey led by Mariana Rittenhouse.

It was a purely intuitive decision.

One made from the depths of my womb space.

And that, my loves, is when everything changed.

Since beginning my practice, I have gone from being numb to my inner dialogue - to hearing my thoughts once more.

I have connected more deeply to my heart.

Felt more in my body than before.

Travelled to Mexico.

To Boulder, Colorado.

To New York and beyond.

All with Tea by my side.

And have built a beautiful friendship with her.

I no longer feel alone.

And after sitting with this being, I know I can get through anything.

Now - that is just the tip of the iceberg - I could speak about this way more in depth (and if you sign up, you'll hear this), but I'm hoping it gives you an idea for what is possible when connecting with this plant.

Upon signing up, you'll be shipped a tea bowl + a packet of Tea too (included in the price).

In terms of the structure, we'll have one call every week - so 5 calls in total.

The focus will be about teaching you the ritual, as well as helping you connect with the spirit of Tea.

All calls will be uploaded onto an online course platform for you to access + watch repeatedly.  The replays will be available for a minimum of a year, so you have plenty of time to watch back if you can't make it live!

All calls will be at 4pm Eastern Time and replays will be available within 48 hours

At this point, you'll probably already know.

On an instinctual, intuitive level about whether it's time to connect with Tea.

It will just be a subtle (or not so subtle) pull.
